You’ll be joining Preqin’s high achieving Global Talent Acquisition team.  The team is responsible for discovering and hiring the best talent across our global offices.

You’ll work with Preqin’s India and APAC hiring leaders, partnering to develop innovative recruiting strategies to attract, assess and hire the best talent.
 

In this role you will: 

• Become an indispensable partner for the business.  Building a relationship through providing quality resource, communication, visibility and trust.  Developing a detailed understanding and awareness of each business unit’s needs to continuously improve the quality of our recruitment strategies.
• Actively source candidates for your vacancies through a variety of methods including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals etc.  Showing innovation in your approach and problem solving on difficult searches.
• Conducting detailed screening sessions with candidates to assess their competencies against our requirements, ensuring that every candidate in process has a positive experience of Preqin, regardless of their outcome.
• Maintain a tight process management for our candidates, managers and potential 3rd party Agencies.  Accountable for progressing your vacancies through the interview pipeline in a timely and efficient manner.
• Contribute to the development and success of various talent related projects such as employer branding, employee referral program, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, and university recruitment programs.
• Act as a mentor in sharing your knowledge and experience to two Talent Acquisition Specialists.

You are a good fit if: 

• You have either inhouse or agency recruitment experience, experience within a technology focused and fast-paced environment is essential.
• You’re able to engage and build credibility with stakeholders from C-suite through to operational level.
• You can handle multiple processes at any given time, efficiently prioritising and managing your workload while continuing to progress processes through the interview funnel in a timely manner.
• You possess a “people first” approach, ensuring that all candidates in every process have a positive experience of Preqin, regardless of the result in their application.
• You have a passion for helping others, utilising your wealth of experience to coach and develop colleagues.    
• You can demonstrate an ability to problem solve and try innovative solutions to discover talent in difficult searches.
• You’re data driven in your approach, continuous self-reflection and reverse engineering your processes to support you hitting the KPI’s set.
• You’re a curious individual with a hunger to learn and develop.  Growth Mindset in your approach to day-to-day life.
